Next Level Waza

Skills-Specific Soccer Series

Mission

Next Level Waza (NLW) Program was created to provide skill-specific concentrated training to players that desire to improve in the specific areas of development offered.

NLW is a set of classes designed to improve specific skills as they relate to the game of soccer.  Detailed instruction will be provided to insure individuals will fully understand the mechanics of the skill being taught. Upon completion of each program, each individual should see an improvement in the skill itself and also in their level of confidence.

NLW Class Descriptions

#1 Ball Flow

Escaping Pressure with speed, creativity, and unpredictability is a skill that every great player possesses.  This class will teach individual skills that will help a player maneuver through tight spaces. It will also improve a player’s decision making on and off the ball in high pressure situations! Focusing on quick combinations in various parts of the field in limited space will also be addressed.

A good first touch enhances ones ability to control the ball in a proper way to then beat an opponent. The player will learn to feel comfortable with the ball at his/her feet while using all of the major sweet spots. This session will focus on creative dribbling techniques as well as the set up and execution of the appropriate movements applied in different situations.
